Tom Dart's traffic Nazis impounded thousands of cars of Mexicans in last two years, all for profit.. Source in Sheriff's office says a powerhouse law firm is filing a several hundred million dollar class action racial profiling lawsuit against Dart and a handful of Sheriff officers.. The suit alleges two officers in particular, one being the brother-in-law of Chief Kevin Connelly, has hundreds of illegal beaner impounds just in the last year.. The suit also alleges these folks are being profiled and pulled over without probably cause. The Sheriff's office gets a 500.00 fee for each car impounded and the people usually forfeit their vehicles cause the car is worth less than the fees. This is a touchy subject for Sheriff Dart who is a raving liberal but turns a blind eye when his office is profiting against the poor communities he claims to support.. Since 2009, the Sheriff's office had collected over 19 million in tow fees, the vast majority of money collected from minorities..
